Crystal Logic designs and manufactures complete, customized X-Ray diffraction instruments for specialized applications. We often start with little more than what the customer needs or wants to accomplish and build up the optimal design from scratch.

Example: High-angle diffractometer

 

With a maximum two-theta of 170 degrees, this three-axis diffractometer is optimized for high-accuracy lattice parameter determination.  Mounted on a cart and powered by 110 vac, this self-contained instrument is easily installed in any location.  The instrument shown is intended for high-throughput lattice parameter determination of modified silicon carbide single-crystals.   It can also be use for rapid crystal orientation determination.
